Sustainability strategy

Facing the climate change urgency, the Automobile Club de Monaco has, for many years, been fully committed to an environmental approach in line with the ambitions of the Monegasque Government. Aware and mindful of its impact, while resolutely ambitious and innovative to meet tomorrow’s challenges, the Automobile Club de Monaco has a role to play in building a more sustainable and socially responsible motorsport.

Why should we act

For more than three decades now, the IPCC has been warning us of the disastrous, and often irreversible, effects of climate change (…).

Beyond our speeches, it is high time to take action. We must seize the last opportunity we have to build a future for humanity. (…)

These urgent and essential efforts must go hand in hand with policies aimed at drastically reducing greenhouse gas emissions and reversing the loss of biodiversity by 2030.

Monaco remains resolutely committed to environmental protection and sustainable development.
